After tasting a variety of Chianti Classico wines, all from the 2015 vintage, he noted several pleasing things in his article: firstly, that the vintage is one of the absolute best of recent years. Because if you look at the gap between price and performance in other great wines in the world, the price-performance ratio for Chianti Classico is absolutely right, and Antonio speaks from my soul when he recommends that wine drinkers don't forget the Chianti Classico from the 2014 vintage. Due to the unusual weather conditions in 2014, the wines from this growing season were declared dead by the wine press far too early and, above all, quite wrongly.
